Learn Things. Make Art. Protest.
Sara Green, a cultural organizer and healer based in Pensacola, FL. Her work as a Unitarian Universalist Minister, herbalist and doula are focused on creating a radically hospitable world.
Her people are bayou folk, squatters, artists, creole folks, Black folks, Queer folks, and radical trouble makers.
She is passionate about making magic in the world and homemaking with a lens of queerness, economic and racial justice and crossing borders.
I believe that there is magic in the world; that we have a responsibility to work for the dignity of all people.
This is the continued work of creation.
I believe that God is nature and that cooperation is a spiritual practice.
I believe that we are called on to develop the spiritual discipline of organizing- building community, interpreting the world around us and act strategically.
I believe in the power of the body as an integral piece for liberation.
I believe that we come from an ancestral line of creatives and warriors. It is our task to celebrate our bodies and honor our desires- this is also the work of getting closer to God.
I believe that my body comes equipped with all the wisdom and tools I need to heal myself and others.
